Goals of the Your True Body Program
While this program is designed to help with fat loss, this actually isn't our only or even our main goal for the program. I wanted to make this a well rounded program that sets you up for success and consistency long term. The goals I hope every participant will attain with this program in addition to fat loss include:
In regard to fat loss: Fat loss is usually a top priority goal our clients come to us with, but we would be remiss to advertise or promise fat loss that is fast or easy. Say what?!? The goal of Your True Body in regard to fat loss is to help you make sustainable progress over time which sets you up for long term success as opposed to short term success that seems impressive but is unsustainable.
- A newfound freedom with food, not from food.
- Reframing and clearing of guilt and shame around food, 'cheat days' and 'junk' food.
- Knowledge of how fat loss works - knowing what to expect and how your body reacts to changes
- A healthy relationship with the scale, body measurements and progress photos.
- The scale isn't a weapon of torture, it's simply a point of data, it can help us know what's going on in our body and track our success over time.
- With our new knowledge of what and how we are eating we move towards the ability to eat intuitively - to tune into our body and choose foods based on our fundamental truths and not our ego's desires.
- Release of negative and limiting beliefs around weight loss, weight gain and how we relate and interact with our bodies.
- A new sense of resilience and empowerment around delayed gratification and perseverance with our goals in mind.
- A new sense of knowing and inner relationship with our spirit and our body where we begin to recognize that our body is an amazing gift and tool for transformation.

- This is where we'll get all the information to set up your plan, goals and small bite-size steps to get things moving.
- Dr. Kim may order laboratory testing as needed (lab testing fees are not included in program)
- You may also be prescribed herbs & supplements as needed to support overall health (cost of supplements not included in program)
- Weekly Check Ins with Dr. Kim
- Through a weekly email or video text Dr. Kim will send you a weekly check in. Dr. Kim monitors your progress and food journals throughout the process and uses this information to help you:

Your True Body 8 Week Online Program
For those clients not needing one to one nutrition coaching and guidance or diving in to the full 16 week program, but who want to start the process of healing their relationship with food, their body and fitness, this 8 week program is a great match. The 8 Week Your True Body Online Program includes self guided material including meditations, journaling prompts and exercises to start to bring awareness and transformative healing to our underlying subconscious limiting beliefs, patterns and programs that we unconsciously have 'turned on.' By first becoming aware of these patterns and then bringing healing to them we can start to shift ourselves into a new phase of life with more openness, less reactivity and more peace and love in our relationship with our body & food.
